Fans of Organic mattresses will be interested to know that Lemon Juice is a very acidic yet natural way of solving many household
issues. Not only does it help the common cold and act as a preservative in
foods. It’s acidic qualities can help keep your home sparklingly clean!

As a disinfectant- Lemon juice can be used to
clean areas such as chopping boards, work tops and fridges without harm. They
will leave them smelling fresh too
2. Getting Rid of Grease- Mix with plain water and apply to greasy pots, pans or surfaces. It will blitz the grease away

Shining windows – Mix one part lemon juice with
10 parts water and use as a window cleaner to get great shine

As a Polish – mix with ordinary table salt and
then apply and leave for 10 mins on to tarnished copper, chrome or brass and
then rinse with warm water and bring to a shine with a soft cloth

Toilet freshness- Mix with borax powder
(available at some health food stores) and use the mixture to clean the loo!
Use rubber gloves or a toilet brush to protect your hands from the borax

Handwash- deodorises and cleans at the same
time, great for getting rid of garlic smells!
