If the thought of heading to University and sleeping on a suspect mattress that's been inhabited by about 900 other students turn by turn, some with distinctly questionable hygiene habits, is too much for you to bare, then give a thought to getting mum or dad help you invest in an organic futon.
They're healthy, clean, easily rolled and transported, and will still be yours when you move out from halls and into your own place. An organic wool futon is the best university choice as its naturally flame retardant, will help regulate your temperature whether the room is hot or cold and the filling keeps itself clean the best. It also has no toxic chemicals, something that every parent of a university student wants to avoid. It covers many of the things your parents will be worrying about when you're gone.. The sale bit helps also!
So you don't have to worry about any germs or bad habits from the previous bed inhabitant! Just put your futon on top and rest peacefully.. ready for lectures!! or not as the case maybe! :)
